As the Senior Employee Engagement Manager you will have responsibility for developing and executing communications and engagement strategies for senior managers across EMEA. This new role will play an integral part in assisting senior managers to deliver their business priorities through the creation of an effective engagement platform that builds and strengthens connections for their teams across the organisation. Developing communications and engagement strategies that positively influence employee mind-set and behaviour, aligned to the organisation’s overall mission and purpose
