Uniquely in our sector, we only recruit for in-house or client-side roles, leaving us free to proactively headhunt from communications agencies.

As a Consultant you will be responsible for project managing recruitment mandates for our clients. This involves capturing a great brief (the key to a successful search), running a thorough search to create a diverse and robust shortlist of candidates, managing the selection process and brokering job offers. You’ll need to represent the clients’ brand professionally, manage lots of peoples expectations and overcome challenges (if it was easy, recruitment wouldn’t be a £30bn+ industry in the UK).
To be successful you’ll need to be inquisitive with the ability to ask searching questions and really listen to the answers. This is how we make sure we are really clear on what our customers are looking for (clients and candidates). You’ll need to be a confident communicator, a quick study and a good problem solver. Experience in executive search, recruitment and/or corporate affairs would be helpful, a willingness to learn and enthusiasm for the job are essential.
