£120,000 to £150,000 plus bonus and benefits

As the Director of Internal Communications, EMEA, you will lead the new team as part of the broader corporate affairs function to execute and implement the new business strategy. This role will require you to define the employee engagement strategy and purpose, as well as setting tangible goals for the function. The team will be innovative, pioneering and dynamic in their approach to employee engagement.
