The role


As the Digital Communications Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the Group’s proactive and reactive corporate reputation work through social media channels such as Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram. You will work closely with the wider communications team to align digital and traditional media output and engagement to develop seamless integrated strategies, and support the Head of Digital in creating engagement around their stories and producing content for their website. This role will require someone to use tools to monitor reputation whilst supporting the management of external agencies.


The candidate


  • Experience from an agency or in-house, but ideally will have worked in a corporate setting
  • A strong writer with experience of creating content, blog writing and who is familiar with different social media channels
  • A keen interest in the energy sector or a sector that demands a high level of technical understanding
  • Experience of editing images, videos and working with web content management systems
  • Must be able to work autonomously, be inquisitive and calm under pressure.
